Exploring the versatility of soymilk – the does and the don'ts, with plenty of examples and projects for you to try out. I've been using soymilk in my work for over fifty years and am happy to have this opportunity to share my experiences and insights with you. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. This class is ideal for both those just learning about soymilk, as well as for the veterans out there.
The program includes a forty-seven-page pdf file of texts and illustrations augmented by six videos showing detailed, step-by-step procedures. A list of the videos and their topics may be seen below. I have also included a pdf copy of my classic Salvation Through Soy, originally published in 2002.
