Fukusa gift cover. Silk, hand painted habutae, no tassles, hand embroidered details, couching, silk rinzu  weave back with crest, front: excellent condition; back: Moderat condition, considering age, disintergration at lower right edge. Meiji Era.
 
This would make a wonderful framed piece, the colors are quite vibrant with meticulous details in the painting and embroidery. Nice companion piece to Painted Fukusa Heian Travels 福砂-手描-8
