Nihonga pigment sticks are simply pigments pressed into a convenient to use form. While not practical to use in making large batches for dyeing, they are ideal for when you need very concentrated dye in small doses. I use them for smaller projects, to add delicate details to a piece as I finish up, or to make corrections to spots or smears that somehow always creep into anyone’s well planned creations.
I carry a range of colors, all very high quality.
Some colors sell out quickly but I try always keep the basics in stock.
