Postal rates vary quite a bit depnding where in the world the book is being
sent. Please check for the appropriate region below. All shipments will be
insured. If you are ordering more than one book at a time, or if you would like
to make other shipping arrangements, please feel free to let me know.
Payments are set up through PayPal simply as a convenience. You are welcome to
pay by check or money order drawn on an American bank. Just email me ahead of
