I will personally do my best to see that only the finest quality products are sent to you. Please help me to do so by being as clear as possible in describing the products you would like.

I will be happy to exchange any merchandise found to be defective for the same or comparable item.

Once you've had a chance to examine merchandise, you are welcome to return it unused and undamaged for exchange or credit. As a small business, I'm afraid I won't be able to offer refunds for any reason.

The only items I will not be able to accept for return are books, videos, and CDs unless found to be defective. If you need more information, please e-mail me and I will be happy to answer your questions.

 I'm happy to be able to offer a charge service, using Visa or MasterCard and have a spot on the order form for you to fill in your charge number. However, there have been concerns over sending charge numbers over the internet, so I can only receive mailed or faxed charge orders. You may also pay via PayPal.

Personal checks are also welcome if drawn on a US bank, unfortunately my credit union does not accept checks drawn from banks from other countries, even if drawn in US dollars.

If you prefer to pay in Japanese yen, please let me know and I will forward you the proper information.

I am unable to accept Purchase Orders, so please consider one of the many alternatives above when placing your order.
